The SUPATRAY ZeroFlex grid is a modular substructure for raised outdoor flooring, engineered to deliver exceptional stability, design freedom, and long-term performance. Manufactured from high-quality polypropylene and sized at 23½" × 23½" (598 × 598 mm), the ZeroFlex grid connects via SUPATRAYGRIP locking discs to form a solid, perfectly integrated surface. Its high structural rigidity and minimal flex ensure lasting stability and safety, even under demanding use conditions—allowing complete freedom in tile size, layout, and surface composition without the need for additional central pedestals. SUPATRAY ZeroFlex also enables seamless integration of tiles and artificial turf, expanding design possibilities for terraces, rooftops, and contemporary outdoor environments where performance and aesthetics must coexist. When combined with the SUPATURF panel, securely fastened using dedicated screws supplied with each panel, the system provides a smooth, comfortable walking surface with integrated drainage openings for rapid water evacuation.
