The patented “Clip System” used in the STAIRTEC FS series with a modular aluminium base section and replaceable non-slip thermoplastic rubber insert is optimal for challenges typical in transitioning from tile flooring to tile stairs. This product range is created to facilitate matching a stair to its connecting floor.

STAIRTEC FS 30 A* Aluminum+ Synthetic thermoplastic rubber insert The patented “Clip System” consists of: A TRIMTEC profile with dovetail anchoring, available in a variety of heights that match standard tile thicknesses; its perforated flange embeds into the mortar. This system can even be used with leftover scraps from the TRIMTEC TR series, significantly reducing costs. To choose the TRIMTEC profile height, subtract 3/32’’ (2mm) from the matching tile thickness. Example: for 3/8’’ (10mm) tiles, insert TRIMTEC H = 5/16’’ (8mm) into the base section STAIRTEC FS, as the STAIRTEC FS will increase the overall height by 3/32’’ (2mm). The required 3/8’’ (10mm) thickness is then achieved. The synthetic resin insert can be replaced in case of damage or wear and tear.

Stairtec FSI, the synthetic, knurled and replaceable insert of the Stairtec FS stair nosing
Stairtec FSI is a synthetic insert with non-slip function belonging to the Stairtec FS profile. In case of damage or wear it is easily interchangeable.
Stairtec FST, the end caps of the Stairtec FS stair nosing
Stairtec FST is an end cap designed for the Stairtec FS profile. It assumes a function of closure, purely aesthetic in order to hide the side section.
