JOINTEC GM modular structural joints in brass or aluminium
JOINTEC GM profiles are modular expansion joints that can be adapted to various heights. They are composed of aluminium, brass or stainless steel modules available in three different sizes that stack upon twin aluminium anchoring flanges. A central, synthetic rubber insert joins the two sides of the profile. Designed to bear loads of large scale buildings or building compounds, they can be installed in the interstitial space between two sections of a building or between two bays. This technical joint links these interspaces, moving horizontally and vertically to accommodate a building’s structural and material settlement. The structural bays defined by this profile should be further subdivided with smaller scale movement / expansion joints, chosen according to the expected use and flooring type.

Jointec GM-I in stainless steel AISI 304 - DIN. 1.4301 Polished
Profile Width = 2’’ and 2-3/8’’ (50 and 60mm). This durable and aesthetic profile consists of aluminum flanges and an upper, visible stainless steel module. A central, synthetic rubber insert joins the two sides of the profile. The modular system can be adapted to various heights and ensures high resistance to most diluted chemicals. Ribbed or smooth versions of the rubber insert are available upon request.

Jointec GM-A in Natural Aluminum + Resinprene Insert
Profile Width = 2’’ and 2-3/8’’ (50 and 60mm). This extruded aluminum profile offers good resistance to chemical and mechanical stress and wear. The 1-15/32’’ and 1-27/32’’ (37 and 47mm) - wide rubber insert guarantees high elasticity. The modular system can be adapted to various heights. Ribbed or smooth versions of the rubber insert are available upon request.
